Reconnect with nature and your inner calm in this gentle yoga and mindfulness session led by Jessica Lee Reader, a Yoga Teacher, Master Nutrition Therapist, and founder of Vitalized Body. With over 15 years of experience, Jessica offers a compassionate and holistic approach in an inclusive environment for all levels.
The class begins with a mindful walk through the serene forest, setting the stage for a peaceful and restorative practice. Jessica will then guide you through yoga and meditation on a dock overlooking East Bay Lake, surrounded by the beauty of nature, to enhance strength, flexibility, and inner calm.
Whether you’re a seasoned yogi or new to the practice, you’ll leave feeling refreshed, centered, and more connected to yourself, a community of like-minded individuals, and the natural world.
The Event Details:
- Cost: $15 per participant (proceeds support Conestee Nature Preserve).
- Age Requirement: 18+
- Location: Conestee Nature Preserve, 840 Mauldin Park Rd, Greenville, SC 29607
- Parking: Meet at Lake Entrance (first lot after the baseball fields on Ridge Road, Entrance B). Map of the Park
- Meeting Time: Gather at Lake Entrance B at 8:40 a.m. The short hike to the East Bay Observation Deck begins at 8:45 a.m., followed by yoga at 9 a.m.
- What to Bring: Yoga mat, water, sunscreen, comfortable clothing, and closed-toed hiking shoes.
- Weather: Any changes due to weather will be emailed the day before.
