What is a Master Nutrition Therapist?

I am a Certified Master Nutrition Therapist with over 15 years of experience. I completed a rigorous 500-hour, 18-month certification program at the Nutrition Therapy Institute (NTI) and served as an Instructor there for more than 6 years. My expertise lies in nutrition science, allowing me to take a holistic approach to help clients achieve wellness goals through dietary advice, supplementation, and lifestyle recommendations.

My main role is to educate and empower individuals to make informed decisions about their health and nutrition. It’s important to clarify that I do not prescribe, diagnose, prevent, heal, or cure medical conditions or diseases.

Additionally, I am a Nationally Board-Certified Health and Wellness Coach and a certified Yoga Teacher.

Is there a specific dietary approach you use?

I understand that a “one-size-fits-all diet” doesn’t work for everyone. The meal plans and recipes you will receive are tailored to meet your unique needs, goals, preferences, and schedule. Throughout the day, you’ll enjoy nutrient-rich whole foods to support your metabolism, energy levels, mental clarity, and mood. Depending on your goals, you may opt for a plant-based diet or include animal protein as desired.

Do you accept insurance or HSA/FSA accounts?

I regret that I do not accept insurance. I have had the privilege of working with several HSA/FSA accounts. However, approval is subject to your specific program.

I kindly suggest reaching out to the administrators of your FSA or HSA to inquire about potential coverage for nutrition services, weight loss programs, food tests, and supplements, as well as the required process. Following payment, I can provide you with an invoice that can be submitted to your company for potential reimbursement.
