Jessica Lee ReaderHi, I’m Jessica Lee Reader, a Yoga Instructor, Integrative Health Coach, and Master Nutrition Therapist. I have decades of experience creating and facilitating wellness and yoga retreats, events, and classes.

My customized yoga services are available throughout Greenville, South Carolina, North Carolina, and online

I’m here to meet you where you are in your wellness and yoga practice and guide you to achieve your goals.


No matter where you are in your yoga practice allow me to craft a yoga class, event, or retreat that is customized for your team or group. Whether you are brand new to yoga or have an existing practice you’ll deepen your asana (movement), meditation, and pranayama (breathing) practice.

My mission is to guide you in revitalizing your health in a holistic way.  Build a strong foundation for your practice while gaining mobility, flexibility, and knowledge of proper alignment.

Choose from beginner yoga, gentle yoga, chair yoga, hatha yoga, vinyasa, power yoga, and yoga sculpt classes.

Pricing varies based on your needs and location.

Yoga Classes

Yoga and Meditation Classes

Allow me to guide your group out of stress and into relaxation with a yoga class that integrates mindfulness and meditation. Each class is customized for your needs with a focus on improving flexibility, building strength, and connecting to your body. 

Option to add in a mindful walk or forest bathing before or after class. Yoga Coaching can be integrated by blending talk and movement-based coaching sessions into one empowering experience. 1 hour and up, starting at $15 per person for 10 people. Custom packages are available.

Wellness and Yoga Retreats

How do yoga, meditation, healthy eating, and relaxation in a beautiful setting sound for your group to bond? Allow me to create and host a customized yoga retreat for your group. Option to integrate mindful hikes, forest baths, health coaching, and nutrition education.

Let’s connect and explore your desires. You choose the location or we can discuss options together. Full-day and weekend retreats are available for 10 – 50 people.

Wellness and Yoga Events

Wellness and yoga events can incorporate movement, meditation, deep breathing, mindful walks, health coaching, nutrition education, and resources. Choose from a variety of themes centered around well-being including healthy eating, self-care, physical health, mental health, community, emotional intelligence, purpose, and more.

Option to begin with or infuse meditation, breathwork, movement, or yoga into talk-based health coaching sessions to create more openness, awareness, and compassion. Events start at 2 and 1/2 hours and up.
