Hi, I’m Jessica Lee Reader, a Yoga Instructor, Integrative Health Coach, and Master Nutrition Therapist. I have decades of experience creating and leading wellness and yoga retreats, and classes.

The wellness and yoga retreats I develop bring the practices of yoga, lifestyle medicine, and coaching together to create a more compassionate and less overwhelmed world. My classes accommodate all levels and support inner vitality by connecting your body, breath, and mind.

I’ll meet you where you are in your wellness and yoga practice and create space for you to achieve your goals.

No matter where you are in your yoga practice allow me to craft a class, program, or retreat that is customized for you. Whether you are brand new to yoga or have an existing practice you’ll deepen your asana (movement), meditation, and pranayama (breathing) practice through customized guidance with me.

The yoga classes I lead integrate safe movement and breathwork techniques to engage you in the process of revitalizing your health in a holistic way. Build a strong foundation for your practice while gaining mobility, flexibility, and knowledge of proper alignment.

Choose from beginner yoga, gentle yoga, chair yoga, hatha yoga, vinyasa, power yoga, and yoga sculpt classes.

Group Yoga Coaching & Yoga Classes

These classes integrate mindfulness, movement, and meaning to help change the way you communicate with your body and the way you communicate with the world. Allow me to guide you out of stress and into mindful movement so that you can connect to your Unique-Genius that the world is waiting for. 

Yoga Coaching blends talk and movement-based coaching sessions into one empowering experience. 

Includes guided meditation. Option to add in a hike or mindful walk before or after class. 

90-minutes and up

Wellness & Yoga Programs

Customized based on your desired goal or needs.

Choose from well-being topics of physical health, mental health, social support, emotional intelligence, and purpose. 

Option to begin with or infuse meditation, breathwork, movement, or yoga into talk-based health coaching sessions to create more openness, awareness, and compassion.

Option for talk-based programs or to integrate yoga, meditation, deep breathing, mindful walking, health coaching, and nutrition education.

2 hours and up
