I’m trained by CorePower Yoga as a 300-Hour Power Yoga Instructor and Yoga Sculpt Teacher, and by Yoga MedCo as a Yoga Coach and Team Well-Being Coach. I offer a range of classes including gentle, beginner, Vinyasa, Hatha, and Power Yoga. Additionally, I’m a Master Nutrition Therapist and Board-Certified Health Coach.
