Hi, I’m Jessica Lee Reader, a Registered Yoga Instructor and Yoga Coach with decades of experience practicing and teaching yoga. My yoga services accommodate all-levels and support inner-vitality by connecting the body, breath, and mind.

Build a strong foundation for your practice while gaining mobility, flexibility, and knowledge of proper alignment. 

I’ll meet you where you are in your practice and create space for you to achieve your goals.

No matter where you are at in your practice allow me to craft a class that is customized for you. Whether you are brand new to yoga or have an existing practice you’ll deepen your asana (movement), meditation, and pranayama (breathing) practice through a customized session with me.

Metabolic Yoga Classes

Yoga services integrate safe movement and breathwork techniques to engage you in the process of revitalizing your health in a holistic way.

Choose from a variety of classes including Beginner Yoga, Gentle Yoga, Restorative Yoga, Chair Yoga, Office Yoga, Hatha Yoga, Vinyasa, Power Yoga, Yoga Sculpt, and Guided Meditation.
