Hi, I’m Jessica Lee Reader, a Registered Yoga Instructor and Yoga Coach with decades of experience practicing and teaching yoga. My yoga services accommodate all-levels and support inner-vitality by connecting the body, breath, and mind.

No matter where you are at in your practice allow me to craft a class that is customized for you. Whether you are brand new to yoga or have an existing practice you’ll deepen your asana (movement), meditation, and pranayama (breathing) practice through a customized retreat with me.
Yoga services integrate safe movement and breathwork techniques to engage you in the process of revitalizing your health in a holistic way.
Choose from a variety of classes including Beginner Yoga, Gentle Yoga, Restorative Yoga, Chair Yoga, Office Yoga, Hatha Yoga, Vinyasa, Power Yoga, Yoga Sculpt, and Guided Meditation.
