Saturday, December 16th, 2023, 11:00 AM – 12:00 PM

Join Jessica Lee Reader by the tranquil dock overlooking East Bay Lake for an invigorating Yoga Tone Class at Conestee Nature Preserve.

Energize your body, mind, and spirit amidst the serene beauty of trees, birds, and the picturesque lake view. Yoga Tone seamlessly blends traditional yoga with bodyweight exercises and cardio, providing a scientifically designed full-body workout. It aims to build lean muscle, boost metabolism, and enhance balance.

As you flow through a harmonious mix of strength and toning exercises paired with deep stretches, generate heat to stay comfortably warm even on cooler days.

Jessica offers valuable instruction, modifications, and encouragement, creating an inclusive lakeside experience suitable for all levels. Whether you’re new to yoga or a seasoned practitioner, this session invites you to find a perfect balance of movement and mindfulness. Elevate your strength, flexibility, and overall well-being in this Lakeside Yoga Tone session. Join us by the dock to end the year feeling strong, centered, and revitalized. Embrace the rejuvenating energy of the lake as we collectively nurture our bodies and minds.
