Ingredients

  • 1 large cucumber (English cucumbers are preferred)
  • 1 large can of beans of choice (I used butter beans)
  • 1 lemon juiced
  • 4 cloves of garlic diced
  • 2 tsp extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 tsp balsamic vinegar
  • 1 tsp Sea Salt
  • 1 tsp crushed black pepper
  • 1 tsp thyme
  • 1 tsp tarragon
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp garlic powder

Instructions
