- 2 Bananas
- 1/2 cup Cashew Butter
- 2 cup Old Fashioned Thick Rolled Oats
- 1 cup Finely Shredded Coconut
- 1 tsp Ground Cinnamon
- 1 tsp Nutmeg
- 1 tsp All Spice
- 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
- Coconut oil or Coconut spray to coat baking tray
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
In a bowl mash bananas completely then add oatmeal, cashew butter, 1/2-cup coconut, and seasonings. Mix well.
Roll mixture into about 3-inch round balls using your hand.
Add the other 1/2 cup of shredded coconut to a plate and roll each ball around so it’s covered completely with coconut.
Spray baking tray with Coconut oil spray then add balls to it.
Bake for 15-minutes or until firm.
