- 1 large block firm tofu julienned
- 4 cup button mushrooms sliced
- 1 can bamboo shoots
- 1 can sliced water chestnuts
- 3 celery stalks sliced
- 1 bunch green onions sliced (add 1/2 into crock-pot and use the other half for garnish)
- 1/2 white onion sliced
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- 1/2 oz turmeric grated
- 1/2 tbsp grated ginger
- 2 tbsp rice wine vinegar
- 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes
- 2 tbsp sesame oil
- 2 tbsp coconut amines
- 1/2 tsp crushed black pepper
Combine all ingredients in crock-pot, and fill with filtered water 3/4 of the way. Cook on low for 8 hours. Prepare Yourself For Vitality! You can feel free to modify this recipe as much or as little as you prefer. I love spicy soup, so I added more red pepper flakes and black pepper to my bowl. You do you! Enjoy!
