The excitement is at an all-time high. Can you feel it? 

Hi, I’m Jessica Lee Reader, a Master Nutrition Therapist, Integrative Health Coach, and Registered Yoga Teacher.

I’m beyond excited to tell you about my new creative blog. The Quest to Vitality! A step-by-step guide to transforming your well-being and vibrancy.

This is an interactive blog that will become a book.

I’m here to illuminate your path on the Quest to Vitality.

In each post, I will share my past 20 years of both professional and personal experience on my ongoing Quest to Vitality.

Here you will find all of my favorite tips, tools, resources, inspiration, and insight on how you can navigate through your own personal quest to vitality.

You can think of me kind of like a flashlight illuminating light and guiding you in a direction to where you can start to put together the pieces of the puzzle of your own well-being strategies to fulfill yourself in a really creative way.

How can I do that? You may be asking yourself that question…

Well, we could connect for a nutrition therapy or health coaching session. Or we could connect in one of my upcoming weekly online group coaching sessions that will be announced very soon. Or perhaps we could do all of these options.

But that’s not why I’m writing this.

Ever since I learned how to write I knew deep down that it was my calling. As a teenager, I wrote creative stories and poetry daily. Writing is and always has been a true love of mine. Over the years, I’ve written tons of content and had the honor of ghostwriting for numerous health-related companies.

And now it’s time to pour my heart out into Vitalized Body’s blog. I’m ready to showcase my favorite keys to well-being and vitality for you.

This is an interactive blog that will become a book.

I’d love to invite you to follow along with me as I write blog post by blog post.

I hope that you are as excited as I am! There will be videos, this Quest to Vitality blog, and podcasts that you can listen to as well. I’m in the early stages of this and I am ecstatic to share this adventure with you.

One of my favorite quotes is A journey of a thousand miles begins with a single step by Lao-Tzu. I’m a firm believer that it’s the small steps that lead to success.

That’s why in each blog, I will invite you to partake in a “Transformational Step”. Please feel free to try them out if you’d like, and of course, do what feels best for you.

My intention is to write twice weekly, however, when the inspiration strikes I may write multiple times a week or even daily. This is something that I’ve been wanting to create for years now and the time is finally right. Your enthusiasm and support mean the world to me.
