Join Jessica Lee Reader and Veronica Young for a healing three-hour outdoor well-being experience amidst the serene beauty of nature at the peak of summer.

This immersive retreat is designed to rejuvenate your mind, body, and spirit through a harmonious blend of gentle yoga, meditation, a cacao ceremony, fresh hydrating summer fruit, iced herbal tea, and a forest bathing journey to a river and peaceful waterfalls. We will be in the shade during this event.

Mini-Retreat Highlights:

Tranquil Yoga and Meditation: Begin with gentle yoga to connect with nature through mindful movements and stretches. Guided meditation will deepen your relaxation and awareness, fostering harmony between body, mind, spirit, and nature. Refresh yourself after yoga with a cool washcloth infused with citrus scents.

Cacao Ceremony: Experience a heart-opening ceremony with ceremonial-grade cacao, promoting emotional healing and spiritual connection as you connect with your heart and tune into nature.

Forest Bathing Experience: Immerse yourself in the healing embrace of the forest with mindful walking and sensory exercises, and explore a serene waterfall to soak in its soothing sights and sounds.

Integration Session with Hydrating Summer Snacks: Conclude the morning with mouthwatering fresh summer fruit and iced herbal tea to hydrate you as you connect and reflect with the group, allowing you to internalize the day’s insights and prepare for a rejuvenating journey home.

Mini-Retreat Details:

Date: Saturday, September 7th
Time: 8:00 am – 11:00 am 
Location: Cedar Falls Park Main Entrance (Meet in front of the shelter)
Address: 201 Cedar Falls Park Rd, Fountain Inn, SC, 29644
Arrival Time: Please arrive at 7:45 am to allow time to park and settle into your mat for yoga practice.

What to Bring: Yoga mat, water thermos, sunscreen, comfortable clothing, and closed-toed shoes for the walk through the forest. Please keep an eye on the weather and dress accordingly. Optional: Bring a journal for reflection, and a pillow to sit on for the cacao ceremony, or you may sit on the ground or mat.

Additional Information:
All levels are welcome, no prior experience is necessary.
In the Event of Bad Weather: Event changes due to weather will be communicated via email the day before.

Price: $44 (includes all activities and light refreshments)
Age Requirement: Participants must be at least 18 years old.
