Her nutrition services incorporate the foundation of healthy living, healthy eating, physical fitness, detoxification, and stress management. Jessica provides step-by-step support, education, and motivation to achieve and maintain ideal body weight and optimal health throughout your life.

Jessica has an individual approach that is specific to your biochemistry, lifestyle, goals, and challenges. She will create a professional nutrition plan based on your needs. Her mission is to meet you where you need to be met and provide education, guidance, and support to assist you in developing healthier habits.

Nutrition sessions, educational programs, and workshops are available. The 30-Day Vitality Weight Loss Course is a natural weight loss program that focuses on whole foods and lifestyle modifications. A series of Seasonal Cleanses can assist your vitality during the transitions of seasons. A wide variety of supplements and lab tests are available including food sensitivity testing through a clinical blood panel called the ALCAT test.
