Hi, I’m Jessica Lee Reader, an Integrative Health Coach, Master Nutrition Therapist, and Yoga Instructor. I’m creating the Vitalized Body to help you become self-empowered in your well-being and vitality.
All the content that you have access to within the membership program is strategically crafted by me. My goal is to help you feel supported, inspired, and motivated on your well-being journey. You will receive support, education, and resources.
I’m open to ideas and requests and would love to connect with you personally.
As part of the membership, you can connect with me for a FREE 20-minute “Welcome Coaching Session” held via phone or video.
As a member, you are invited to be a part of a Private Community Forum to meet with other members. As the community grows you will find yourself surrounded by a group of people who have similar interests, needs, and goals. In addition to having me by your side if you desire you can collaborate and communicate with other members. You will have the chance to meet each other every week in the Group Health Coaching Calls and Yoga and Meditation Classes.

What if I can't attend the online coaching calls or yoga classes? Or don't want to participate?
It would be great for you to attend the live online events if you can, however, I understand that not everyone’s schedule will line up.
All live events will be recorded and saved in the Resource Library so you can access them at your convenience 24/7.
You are not required to actively participate in the live events. You can choose to share your screen or verbally communicate during an online event. Sometimes you might feel like just listening in and that is totally okay.
This is a judgment-free zone. We are all growing together. I honor you and your needs and understand that your needs might change from day to day.
What is the diet and lifestyle approach? Do I need to follow a specific diet or lifestyle?
This is a Pressure-Free Zone and it is up to you to be involved in any activity.
During our online events and in the content there will be discussions that involve nutrition and lifestyle habits to support your well-being health.
There may be certain weekly or monthly themes, meal plans, or supplements discussed or available. It is up to you if you decide to try them. Examples are a weekly meal plan for a Plant-Based Diet or a gluten-free healthy dessert recipe showcased in the Resource Library.

What are the benefits of yoga and meditation?
There are numerous benefits to practicing yoga and meditating.
Yoga has been shown to increase flexibility, increase muscle strength and tone, improve respiration, energy, and vitality, assist in weight reduction. enhance cardio and circulatory health, and improve athletic performance.
Meditation has been shown to reduce stress, support emotional health, increase concentration, reduce anxiety, enhance creativity, reduce depression, and increase memory.
These components are optional, but they do help to complete the whole well-being package offered in the membership. I encourage you to honor your body and do what feels best for you.
All yoga classes are all-levels, beginners are welcome, and modifications will be provided.
Can I cancel at anytime?
While I would love to have you be an ongoing part of the community I understand that you may wish to cancel.
There is no contract and you can cancel your membership anytime. If you cancel you will lose access to the exclusive offerings and discounts available only through this program.
If you choose to cancel you will have access to the content and events through your current subscription period. The membership will then expire on the expected next payment date.
