How is the Vitalized Body Membership Program different than other memberships?

Great question! The Vitalized Body Membership is led by Jessica Lee Reader, an Integrative Health Coach, Master Nutrition Therapist, and Yoga Instructor with 15 years of professional experience. 

Hi, I’m Jessica Lee Reader. I created the Vitalized Body Membership for individuals who have a desire to learn how to lose weight naturally while creating a healthy lifestyle. I’m here to inspire and empower a healthier you.

The membership has a wealth of information including group wellness coaching, whole-food plant-based meal plans, yoga classes, natural weight loss support, and more.

As a member, you can connect with me for a “Welcome Coaching Session” so I can help you maximize your membership.

In addition to having me by your side, you will have access to the Private Vitalized Body Community. As the community grows, you will find yourself surrounded by a supportive group of new friends who have similar interests and goals. You can connect, communicate, and collaborate with other like-minded individuals. You’ll have the chance to meet each other every week in the well-being coaching calls and yoga classes too.

What if I can't attend the well-being coaching calls or yoga classes? Or don't want to participate?

As part of your membership, you have access to:

  • Group Health Coaching and Accountability Calls on Wednesdays from 6 – 6:30 pm EST. 
  • Group All-Levels Yoga Classes on Wednesdays from 6:30 – 7 pm EST.

It would be great for you to attend the live group calls if you can, however, I understand that not everyone’s schedule will line up. All live events will be recorded and will be available on-demand in the Well-Being Resource Library. 

You are not required to actively participate in the live events. Sometimes you might feel like just listening in and that is totally okay. You can choose to share your screen or verbally communicate during an online event.

This is a judgment-free zone. We are a community with similar well-being goals and are growing together. I honor you and your needs and understand that your needs might change daily.

What is a whole-food plant based diet? Do I need to follow a specific diet or lifestyle?

A Whole-Food Plant-Based Diet Approach is Focused on Clean Eating

This information in the membership site is designed to educate, inspire, and empower you to improve your eating habits while giving you the tools you need to create consistency and ongoing success.

A whole-food plant-based diet consists of vegetables, fruit, legumes, grains, nuts, and seeds with the option to add high-quality animal sources in moderation.

Consuming a diet that is diverse in natural foods will provide you with an array of nutrients to enhance weight loss, energy, digestion, and overall well-being. Whether you are new to clean eating or searching for more tips and tools to improve your current diet, I will share guidance to support you.

Customized Nutrition Support is Available

As part of the membership, you have the opportunity to connect with me for private nutrition and health coaching calls.

I understand that you have your unique goals, needs, and preferences for eating and lifestyle activities. During our coaching calls and in the content, there will be discussions about nutrition and lifestyle habits to enhance weight loss and support your well-being. There may be certain meal plans or supplements discussed or available. It is up to you if you decide to try them.

When do I have to use the Monthly Signature Private Coaching Session by?

Great Question! All Signature Private Coaching Sessions are held via phone or video.

You have the month from when your monthly billing cycle starts to when your billing cycle ends to use your monthly coaching session.

What are the benefits of yoga and meditation?

There are numerous benefits to practicing yoga and meditating.

Yoga has been shown to increase flexibility, increase muscle strength and tone, improve respiration, assist in weight reduction, enhance cardio health, and improve athletic performance.

Meditation has been shown to reduce stress, support emotional health, increase concentration, reduce anxiety, enhance creativity, reduce depression, and increase memory.

These components are optional, but they do help to complete the well-being package offered in the membership.

I encourage you to honor your body and do what feels best for you. All yoga classes are all levels, beginners are welcome, and modifications will be provided.

Can I cancel at anytime?

While I would love to have you be an ongoing part of the community, I understand that you may wish to cancel. If you cancel you will lose access to the exclusive offerings available only through the membership. 

For the Monthly Starter and Signature Memberships – There is no contract and you can cancel your membership anytime. Once you cancel, you will have access to the content through your current subscription period and your membership and access to the content will then expire on the expected next payment date.

For accountability + continuous support, Vitalized Body members have found the Signature Membership to be the solution.
