Hi, I’m Jessica Lee Reader—a Functional Nutritionist, Master Nutrition Therapist, Board-Certified Health Coach, and Yoga Teacher. With over 15 years of experience, I’ve guided countless women through menopause using holistic nutrition, gut health strategies, yoga, and mindfulness to balance hormones, improve digestion, and restore energy.
