Detox Vitality Salad

If you are ready to feel more energized and vitalized then the Detox Vitality Salad is the right meal for you.

Ingredients

  • 1 cucumber diced
  • 1 zucchini diced
  • 1/2 cup white onion
  • 1 tomato diced
  • 1/2 lemon juiced
  • 1 tbsp coconut amino acids
  • 1/2 tsp lemon pepper seasonings
  • 1/2 tsp Italian seasonings

Pesto Vitality Dressing, Extra greens = extra lean! This pesto is low fat and high flavor. 

  • 1 bunch fresh cilantro
  • 1 bunch fresh parsley
  • 2 tsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp coconut amines
  • 1/2 tsp local honey
  • 1/2 tsp Sea salt
  • 1/2 tsp crushed black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp lemon juice

Instructions

  • Combine all salad ingredients.
  • Gradually add all dressing ingredients into a food processor and blend until smooth.
  • Add the dressing onto the Vitality Salad, use for marinades, or dipping sauces. Enjoy!
